Giving Thanks to the Lord for His many blessings, even in the face of trials and adversity, is what we shared with the people during our first Thanksgiving Dinner as a Church in mid November. But, you may say, Thanksgiving is not a holiday which is celebrated in Spain. That’s true. But all of the people wanted to have a day to thank the Lord. Within our fellowship there are people from every continent in the Americas and Spain. At least 1/3 of the 35 people that attended do not know the Lord as their Savior and do not normally attend a Sunday Service. This was a perfect opportunity to share with them the Bread of Life.
Time to Eat!!! Hora de Comer!!!
Dándole las Gracias al Señor por sus muchas bendiciones, aun en medio de pruebas y adversidades; es lo que compartimos con la gente reunida durante nuestra primera Comida de Acción de Gracias, como Iglesia a mediados de noviembre. Pero dirás, el Día de Acción de Gracias no se celebra en España. Es cierto. Pero todos los hermanos querían tener un día para darle las gracias al Señor. Dentro de nuestra congregación hay personas de cada región de las Américas y de España. Por lo menos 1/3 parte de las 35 personas que asistieron no conocen al Señor como su Salvador y no asisten a un culto de adoración los domingos. Esto fue una oportunidad perfecta para compartir con ellos del Pan de Vida.
